Compatibility has been confirmed with Android 14, specifically tested on the Samsung S24.
During testing, the following Bluetooth GPS/GNSS devices were evaluated:
- Bad Elf GPS PRO+ (with gratitude to Bad Elf for providing testing equipment)
- Bad Elf Flex (with gratitude to Bad Elf for providing testing equipment)
- u-blox M8030
- ArduSimple u-blox F9 (including RTK/NTRIP capabilities)
The application also facilitates the overlay of NTRIP server data streams, enabling professional RTK positioning with centimeter-level accuracy, contingent on the capabilities of the Bluetooth GNSS/GPS device in use.
For devices based on u-blox technology, this app offers the ability to display 'Accuracy' estimates derived from the U-Blox 'PUBX' accuracy messages. This measurement method is distinct from the traditional 'HDOP x CEP' approach and aligns with the accuracy readings available within the U-Center PC tool when connected via USB.
